The Administration and Staff of Concept College of Cosmetology have as their goal two objectives.

First: the achievement of the HIGHEST degree of Cosmetology competence  possible for the individual student within a school atmosphere that is disciplined, focused on education, and enjoyable.

Second: The development of social skills that encourages a warm human relationship between client and professional, as well as with salon personnel.
